Here the following conditions are required for the binomial dispersion

i.e.,

  • The quantity of perceptions n is fixed.
  • Each perception is free.
  • Each perception speaks to one of two results ("achievement" or "disappointment").
  • The likelihood of "accomplishment" p is the equivalent for every result.

Right now here 2 and 4 isn't followed.
