In order to identify the employees who could be successful managers, we need to assess who can handle pressure and high orders efficiently and make their colleagues work by encouraging them and helping them along with their work. Such employees are perfect for the post of managers because they would be able to motivate their team even in the toughest of situations. We need to ask her to evaluate the performance of each employee and take the opinion of employees on who helps them work as a team the most and filter the candidates based on the combination of all these results. Such assessment would give the best people for manager posts .
