The Project management is meant for delivering the meeting of the requirement which includes the systems development as well whereas SDLC management is with respect to the management of the processes of the SDLC which has been build with respect to the system.
The project management life cycle includes the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and then closure.
The system management life cycle includes the Analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, planning.
The primary resources are Analysis and planning which are needed for start of the project and its smooth execution.
The successful completion would be ensured when the processes run successfully.
