Answer #1

Technology though enhances the quality and efficiency of work in every aspect, but its utility can only signified by the ones who have an access to it. The rich can afford more and more technological appliances and work profiles whereas poor are still struggling with the obselete ones.

The economic development surely varies between developed and developing countries on the basis of technological upgradations. As technology makes every work to be done in the least possible time and with the best possible efficiency and quality. Also it demands, an initial investment of high amount which probably the developed and rich can afford and hence it can very well be seen that technology is widening the gap between rich and poor countries.
