Answer #1

It is the responsibility of a manager to make their employees feel involved in the work and it's outcomes so that they can adapt the work they do . Greta needs to bring in rules where every branch need to have time to time meetings and all the employees need to participate in them where they discuss the issues and solutions and any new developments in the company . The opinions of the employees need to be taken on issues and every employee must be given an opportunity to give their opinion. This makes all the employees feel they are a part of administrative decisions and hence would give their best and feel involved. This makes them feel they also can participate in management.
