Answer: Among the different groups of people, the specific differences that stand out in my workplace include the differences in age, people belonging from different cultures.
Question 2:
Answer: To conform to organizational norms, I respond positively because the organization works for the benefit of the employees and that is why employees work to achieve the organizational target. Furthermore, the organization helps the employees to indulge themselves in career development activities.
