Veiled Wonders has two types of project workers as given in question i.e. Production workers and other who works on custom products.
Pay method for production workers can be fixed daily pay since they are working on standardized blinds and they have to regularly work on similar kinds of projects whereas for the employees who are working on custom projects, pay method would be hourly pay basis since custom projects are time based projects so hourly pay basis would be suitable. It will also be useful for calculation of margin since hours allocated on custom base projects would be readily available.
Veiled Wonders may also think about giving various types of bonus to employees if they have completed their respective tasks before their allocated time.
