1. TO DRIVE CHANGE, WHAT DO PEOPLE IN NEED TO DO DIFFERENTLY AND HOW IS IT GOING TO BE MEASURED?

Change is inevitable in an organization because when people or organization is unable to change with time then they face many problems. This is why organization and its people has to drive change. according to me, i think what people need to do to differently in order to drive change is focus on aligning individual priorities with overall goals and objectives of the organization. This means that individual has to see what change can meet their goals as well organizations. second what people can do is that they should change their self means if CEO or manager of an organization is talking about change like technology change in organization then they should be the early adopters of that change. they should show all employee that they are adopting the new change then others can do too.They should lead by example in order to drive change and tell people that new change will benefit all.
The measurement of change can be done in two ways. One that everyone in the organization is accepting the change and performing accordingly. second measurement can be done how much people are resisting the change so when people resist the change that means change is not driven completely.
