It needs to be mentioned here that some professions demands extreme caution such as medical profession. Here, the health of the clients are more important than the competition among the contemporaries. Hence, I believe if one lacks sufficient knowledge regarding a certain condition, he/she can surely refer the case to those experienced professionals as long as it abides the ACA code of ethics. Moreover, in business there is always a give and take. No one can survive alone and one may need the help and support of their peers. Customers and clients are drawn towards positive recommendations rather than digital advertisements.

I believe there is nothing wrong in knowing the name of the supporters. In business, it is considered normal to pay referral fees to the concerned individual who has helped in bringing new customers. Moreover, nowadays companies are involving customers in the referral team , hence it is really important to know the supporters. Customer engagement concept in working wonders in e-commerce, thereby providing the companies recognition in the digital platform. Furthermore, it has been observed that customers in the referral team are rewarded for their loyalty, which makes it even hard for the customers to leave the company/brand. As a result of this marketing policy, companies are able to retain their old customers , thereby increasing their ROI.
