5. You are a consultant on a project team that has been hired by Techlo (a Fortune 100 company) to design and administer an employee survey. The survey contains information about employee job satisfaction, engagement and issues concerning pay and promotion fairness perceptions. The night before your presentation to the client, a Sr. Vice President of Marketing at Techlo calls you and asks you to send her the raw survey data for the Marketing department so she isn’t “surprised” by any of the report findings. You respond by saying that “the data are confidential” to which she responds by saying, “Of course! I’m not going to share it with anyone else!” How would you now respond/handle this situation?

I’m the VP of HR and we’d like to see if you’d be interested in providing some leadership development training in mid-April. Specifically, we’re looking for about a 3-day training for Director level managers here in our training facilities at our west suburban offices. We want the training to be highly interactive and cover the following issues 1) characteristics of good leaders, 2) leading in times of change and 3) initiative and accountability.
