There is no figure attached but I can say that the rocket is moving horizontally and when it breaks into two pieces, v1 moves 30 degrees above thehorizontal, and v2 moves 60 degrees below the horizontal.
If you could please answer this in detail it would be really helpful. (I am horrible at physics)
