There are five students in a group and they would like to decide on certain idea by voting for each idea that they agree upon. In order to make their vote confidential, they would like to construct a circuit that will decide on majority vote. Your task is to help them. Derive the truth table and construct the circuit by using a multiplexer.
This is the only information I get.
