The 2nd car had a satellite-based tracking system that recorded the values of the speeds V20 and V2f. The 1st car had no such system. An investigation of the scene determined the value of θ. During a courtroom hearing, there is and a disagreement over the values of the speeds Vio and Vif. You are hired by one of the litigants to testify as an expert witness who can apply the laws of physics and determine reasonably accurate values of the disputed speeds of the 1st car.
