4 In the Departures sheet, in cell A1, create a Web query to the departures table on this Web page: http://media.pearsoncmg.com/ph/bp/bp_myitlab/departure_schedule_files/departure_schedule.htm. Maintain full HTML formatting before importing the table.

Steps for creating web query:

1. Open a blank worksheet and select A1 cell.

2. Click on Data-> From Web.

3. A dialog box will open. Enter the URL for Flights table. Click on Go. Then the table will load. Click on the arrow button to select the table.

Also, in the top right corner, there is an options. Click on it and select "Full HTML Formatting".

New Web Query Click next to the talles you warnt to select, then click lmport Web Query Options Airline Flight # Departing To

4. Click on OK and then click on Import.

5. The table on the webpage will get loaded in the A1 cell with full html formatting.
