The three qualities which will be expected from the supplier can be as follows,

• The EV supplied by the supplier should match the rules and regulations of the region, that is Atlanta and adhere to all the regulatory boundaries in regard to automobile rules and regulations.
• The carbon footprint of the EVs should be in check and should not be beyond acceptable limits for the region's regulatory boundaries.
• The EV should have adequate and desired interior to match the basic aesthetics of the EV and should be equipped with basic safety measures which would mitigate the risks to the passengers traveling with the EV. The design should match all the essential requirements and should have the acceptable quality of the material.
• The replaceable parts or rechargeable parts of the EV should be used in a way so as make sure adequate sources are available to manage the recharging of the EV and supply for same should be adequate.

The concerns of the supplier would be to make sure of all the requirements of the customer and making sure the utmost quality has adhered to while manufacturing the EVs. If any types of equipment or parts are not available the supplier will have to import such parts and hence he will have to maintain a certain degree of quality. Also, as a business, he will have to make sure that the project will be profitable to him despite fulfilling the requirements of the customer and hence he will have to negotiate based on the appropriate costs involved and achieve the desired profit levels.
