Without the video link I wouldn’t be able to do it. But as you have mentioned I can help you how to solve this.

In the video you need to identify the answers to specific questions. The first question is about aging. Find out the different stages of ageing , like initial aging symptoms, skin changes, fitness issues...etc. also identify what different exercises are there for each stage, it will be mentioned in ten video. Every stage will have a symptom, progression features and exercise to reduce the effects. You can make a table for it , that will be easy to read and understand.

At each stage, describe how the exercise helps the body, how running, jogging can help relax the muscles; how sun bath and other vitamin suppliments can reduce the skin problems, how good food and lots of fresh fruits can help reduce cognitive issues...etc.
