When critical F value is higher than calculated F statistic we fail to accept null hypothesis.

Not only this we should check for the p values we calculated from F statistic. If calculated p values are greater than confidence level then we can surely reject the null hypothesis.

If for some instance p value is lower than confiedance level then we can check for individual variables that has higher p values and take action accordingly for those variables.
