#. Yes this hospitalisation has impacted my plan for assisting this client with smoking cessation . Actually it has helped me to change the unhealthy behaviour of the patient because the disease has caused irritation and cios in his life due to the pain and suffering .
SBAR :-
Situation - Patient's name is Darby . He is diagnosed with community acquired pneumonia . As a part of treatment he is on IV antibiotics ,and oxygen 2L by nasal cannula .
