A 28 year old african American woman Jefferson shot by a police officer in her own house when she is playing video games with her nephew.She is shot by a officer named Aaron dean shot atatiana jefferson from a window on night by shining a light and shouting put your hands up show me toyo hands and shot her after 30 seconds.But Aaron Dean came for a welfare check but shot a bullet at 2 am in the night.

Aaron is charged with murder and he is found within 48 hours.But he is released on bail within several hours.And they explained that the nephew of Jefferson a 8 year old boy said that her aunt is pointing a gun and the officer acted on defence.

But the case is officer didn't said who he is and didn't have any time to react but shot the gun and Jefferson died and her nephew saw her own aunt being killed in front of him.

The offender should receive death penalty in my opinion but he acted impulsively and he should be punished 35 years of life in prison without parole.
