is currently having problems with.

In the present case study, Mrs.Hampshire has been was shifted from an acute care hospital following a stroke. The temperature is 32-degree Celsius and also hots to touch and flushed.
1. As a nurse, we should initiate immediate care to make her comfort in this stage. She is in a stage of hypothermia and to prevent further complication a warm blanket use to cover comfortably or can use an electric blanket, keep a warmer near the bed or under the blanket in a comfort range of temperature and as well use hot water bottles over the palms and soles. If not needed switch off the air conditioner and offer lukewarm water or drinks and administer warm IV fluids if recommended by the concerned physician
2. While transferring from the acute care hospital she presents with faecal and urinary incontinence, she is surely at the risk for the fluid and electrolyte imbalance by excess excretion of necessary electrolytes and as well as fluids from the body.
3. In the present scenario, the patient is suffered from urinary and faecal incontinence where continuous excretion of urine and faeces is occurring.
Thus we can say that the gastrointestinal/digestive system and renal/urinary system need immediate care to prevent further complications.
4. Mrs Hampshire may have trouble maintaining her blood pressure. Relate it to one of the body systems that Mrs Hampshire is currently having problems with.
In the question, it's not mentioned regarding the high or low blood pressure, only given trouble maintaining blood pressure.
*If the case is presented with high blood pressure that may result from the stroke and the involved system is the central nervous system with impaired cerebral arteries. After the stroke, the central nervous system is impaired thus the functions of the brain is altered by no longer getting the blood and oxygen sufficiently.
*If the case is presented with low blood pressure, that may result from the urinary and faecal incontinence where there is continuous loss of fluid from the body. Thus the body cannot able to maintain the normal blood pressure. The body system involving the present problem is cardiovascular system results from fluid volume deficit and electrolyte imbalance with low blood pressure.
