- Provide them a culturally acceptable nutritious diet
#. Activity description - I will organise a two way communication health education class for the people belonging to European culture aged between 40-60. This will include the usuage of both audio and visual aids , a room which is calm ,provided with good light and sitting arrangements . Peopel will be made understood through live examples that how diet modification which is necessary has improved their life and health . It will be a 2 hour interactive session ,they will learn through asking questions .I between we will have a tea time to relax which will healthy diet . At the end to evaluate we will have a quessionaire which has to completed by them .
#. Assessment and tool - For the assessment and tool I will use the audio and visual aids to explain and questionnaires will be used to evaluate their understanding and certain nutrition related scales to know how fit is the person .
