Give an example of a public presentation you made and the feelings you experienced before, during, and after the presentation.

Recently, I made a public presentation on the topic of healthy environment. I included information about the importance of environmental health, waste disposal, hygienic practices, safe water, and the hazards of smoking. Before the presentation, I made key points of what are the things to be included in my presentation. I Prioritized the goals to be reached to the audience. I designed the presentation in a way that should be clear and concise. I searched and utilized different articles, journals, to prepare my slides and posters. In addition, I prepared too many slogans regarding a healthy environment which will easily enter into the heart of the audience. I clarified myself about the benefits of this presentation.

During the presentation, I felt a little scary and I mentally prepared and prayed the God before entering in front of the public. I started with a story of drawbacks of an unhealthy environment which increased the attention of the audience towards me and made them interested in my topic. I maintained good eye contact and body posture throughout my presentation. I conveyed the message little louder and slower so that everyone can understand. I also involved the public by asking some interesting question. I ended my presentation by raising slogans. After my presentation, I felt relaxed and received good feedback from some of the members. I also got public opinions and suggestions.
