addiction ; a complex set of behaviours typically associated with misuse of certain drugs, developing over time and with higher dosage

2. nausea and vomiting ; may start with in 7 to 10 days

3.drowsiness; which may start from 5 to 7 days

4. itching : even though may not be severe it may effect the life style

5. constipation ; most of the people (90 to 95 %) may develop constipation. laxatives have o be taken for the same

6. respiratory depression: the most complication of opioid .

7. increased pain sensitivity
