1, we have to protect the patient from burn wound infection and nasocomial infection..Explain the patient about isolation and importance of sterile procedure to avoid infection and how burns Patient especially more prone for infection..provide psychological support to avoid those detachment feeling from them..

2, Explain patient about his health condition and nutrition requirement and why he can not take fluids through mouth..Explain the procedure clearly and how long it is going to be there.. Explain him if he is not cooperating for nasogastric tube insertion it will make him to get dehydration and malnutrition..

3, Heat injury have different symptoms like nausea, seizures, confusion, loss of consciousness etc..

Smoke inhalation is different from heat injury because the Patient will inhale the smoke and lung will be affected.. so patient will get symptoms like hoarseness, shortness of breath, cough, headache etc..

4, Hyperbaric oxygen treatment is a well-established treatment for decomposition sickness.. explain patient that he has to lie down on a table and he will receive oxygen through mask over the over and light weight clear hood placed over your head..it lasts for approximately two hours..There will be more than one sessions depends on patient condition..in this case carbon monoxide poisoning we need three visits..
