Answer: The rules and regulations are for everyone and for all the members working in the hospital. The problem is that the nurse is unable to work on weekends and the hospital needs the staff members and nurse to work on weekends also. Although the nurse is more capable and ready to work in the evening shifts also, but not willing to work at weekend.
In this case we can manage the things because getting a good nurse and willing to work is difficult. So we can change her shift as well as can solve the problem such as she can work alternate weekends. The will solve the problem for both.
Offering weekends off for the particular one nurse will lead many problems as other staff members and nurses will ask for the same and it will be partiality among the members.
The solution can be that she should be appointed on the basis that she has to work on every alternative weekends.
