In previous era, people used to state that the children have a clean mind which should be filled with good and knowledgeable information as they will hold all the information in their brain and use it throughout their lives. Hence inorder to do so, the adults used to try to force th with all the teachings and learnings during this time restricting them to use their own minds and building them. This was making people more reserved and was generating all the clones every generations.

Now a days people have changed their thinking on the process of learning and teaching method. The parents as well as educators tend to carve the children in different methods like by helping them understand about different ways to learn the things or gain the knowledge. They tend to analyze the level of understanding in the children before teaching them and according to it they low them to learn on their own best way. The preschool teacher of Lena was providing extensive playtime in learning centres instead of formal lessons in literacy and math skills because only theoretical knowledge gives them 25% of the entire education where as when they explore the same in practical as well along with the theoretical then it helps them to not only understand the teaching but also keep it in their memory for their entire life.
