Answer #1

(1+e)(01 + 0)*

No two consecutive 1s
It can start with 1 using 1 in (1+e)
It can start with 0 using e in (1+e)

There on if 1 comes it is always preceded by 0 which is 01 in (01 + 0)*
Any number of 0s can come using 0 in (01 + 0)*
