Nurses forms the heart of healthcare system in providing care to the patients.The retirement age fir a nurse born before 1960 is 65 and after is 66.Now it is been even at the age of 62 because of the availability of insurance at the age of 65.

The workforce is continuously dealing with the increasing rate of registered nurse requirement. The workforce deals it with some simple ways
