Do you agree or disagree and why?

Many hospitals are turning into bureaucracies making it even harder for decisions to be made. This makes it so many other areas need more sophistication to keep up with the new constant. It "requires not only understanding concepts and their application to health care, but also understanding the persuasive and leadership characteristics necessary to navigate the bureaucracy, influence dominant power groups, engage support for ideas, and ultimately gain approval for and acceptance of changes" (Helton&LangabeerII, 24). This means that with every change to laws for elders, new concepts, everything, they would need to be educated on in order to have an success. Many times things are often brought up again later because of unclear decision process along with choices and problems. This often leads to unclarity and a lack of focus. We need to have the patients best interest at heart, not how much money we can receive from them.

I personally believe that these views would change for a Christian based health care organization because 1 Timothy 6:10 states, "for the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows" (NIV). I believe that a Christian health care organization wouldn't be driven towards money and what would work best for themselves, instead they would fully have the patients best interests in their minds.

I fully agree with what that that have been said. When we choose a hospital from among the many. It means how much trust the people confines on that institution. They knew that they are going to get the best of care to the money they have given. Hospitals should break their shells of monetary interest and should focus to provide quality care at affordable prices.
