In Pyrrole, lone pair on N is delocalised in the ring.

This is because without the lone pair, there are only 4 pi electrons in ring and this is not aromatic. When lone pair on N is delocalised, ring would have 6 pi electrons and hence it is aromatic. So, no lone pair is readily available that can act as base.

In puridine, the ring already has 6 pi electrons in ring and hence t is aromatic.

So, lone pair on N is localised and can be donated easily.

So, puridine is stronger base.
