In order to run a successful nursing development program, one organization should have proper infrastructures such as seminar halls powered with computers, projectors, and other AV aids. Nowadays most of the teaching tertiary level health care organizations also have a well-established simulation skill training center to nurture and grow the talents and professional skills of their workforce. Physical resources also include roomy and spacious demonstration rooms where most of the ward teaching will take place in a teaching organization. While developing a program it is necessary to consider does the organization has adequate PHYSICAL RESOURCES for effective implementation of the program. Otherwise, the organization may have to face many difficulties during the implementation of the phase due to a lack of resources.
