Afternoon snack:

Cottage pie with acerola cherry

Boiled baby potatoes with Chery tomatoes

Day 2:

Morning snack:

Peanut butter on toast with sliced banana

Lunch:

Pitta bread Pizza sprinkle with sweet yellow pepper

Orange juice

Afternoon snack:

Breadsticks, houmous dip and carrot sticks

1 dark chocolate

Day 3:

Morning snack:

Eggy bread with button mushrooms or tomatoes

Lunch:

Chicken Korma, brown rice and naan bread

Natural yoghurt,banana slices and strawberries

Afternoon snack:

Sweet and sour pork,egg noodles soup

Mashed egg with parsley
