Care team interprofessional dynamics includes use of the leadership skills as well as the collaberative and cooperational team work in the ealthcare organization for the effective delivery of health services.It works on the primary health care level in collaboration to the social or community workers on the ground level in a community to find out the key health problems of the society.
Itr is more client centered dynamic approch.
Then they make the problem solving and decision making approach.
Thus it make a positive impact on the healthcare outcomes.
It also definesthe role of the individual in the teamm and focus on the common role.
It provides the homebased care for the elderly patients.
