The maximum no. of stereoisomers possible for trabectedin = 25 = 32

Part c.

If all the chiral carbons in the trabectedin have an opposite configuration, then that will be considered as the corresponding enantiomer.

part d.

If at least one chiral carbon (1 or 2 or 3 or 4, but not all 5) has an opposite configuration, then that will be considered as the corresponding diastereomer.
