df = 9, t = 2.262

95% Confidence interval for the mean = X +/- t*s/sqrt(n)
= (14.4 +/- 2.262*2.836/sqrt(10))
= (12.371 , 16.429) rounded

The lower limit of the confidence interval = 12.371

The upper limit of the confidence interval = 16.429
