Hi after deep analysis your spectrum almost similar to 4-methyl benzoic acid (p-toluic acid)
2500-3300 cm-1, very strong, broad peak, O-H stretch
3000-3100 cm-1, medium-weak peak, aromatic sp2 =C-H stretch (3079 cm-1)
2850-3000 cm-1, strong, sp3 alkane C-H stretch (2953.77, 2919, 2868, 2849 cm-1)
1700-1725 cm-1, strong, acid C=O stretch (1709.43 cm-1)
1400 - 1600 cm-1, medium-weak, multiple bands, aromatic sp2 C=C stretch
1350-1480 cm-1, medium, sp3 alkane C-H bending (1417 cm-1)
1210-1320 cm-1, strong, acid C-O stretch (1220.65 cm-1)
I am gonna attaching P-Toluic acid standard IR spectrum also below for your kind consideration.

Hope this helped you!
