1. According to me , not all legal substances should be permitted to exist in your body while we are our place of work .List of substances :-

The main substances that should be avoided in our system while at work is tobacco and alcohol . Without these we will be very much effective at work .

Pain killers can be used if we have any pain in our body because then only we will be able to work efficiently.

Substances like coccaine , marijuana , heroine etc should not be allowed to be in the system while we are at work and must take stringent actions if some one uses it at workplace.

Atleast a person should be 12 hours substance free prior to reporting to work .

3. Legalizing marijuana transforms "previously illegal jobs into legal ones" as well as "creating many new jobs". The potential of lowering unemployment rates by legalizing marijuana is high. Legalization is also accompanied by the demand for marijuana instead of alcohol. By creating a demand for marijuana, taxes to increase state revenue can be placed. Not only that, but legalized dispensaries are well regulated by state and local law and pay heavy taxes. This means marijuana should be legalized as it is not for public use.

The strongest reason medical marijuana should be legalized is that it has the highest success rate in aiding people with certain ailments compared to other forms of medication. The late Tod Mikuriya, a pioneer of medical marijuana in the U.S., published a "paper in a cannabis research journal reporting on his experience with PTSD sufferers". He found that marijuana more efficiently than drugs, and without the side effects. Because of this, marijuana should be legalized as medication. Researchers have found that cannabis works effectively in many people. Why do people still reject it if it is the best solution to an answer? Even though there is evidence that marijuana is capable of being useful, the Drug Enforcement Administration ignores the existing data to "maintain the drug's Schedule I status". This doesn't make much sense, as research will enable the drug to be proven benign. Instead of suppressing what could be, the government should be funding the use of marijuana.

Marijuana should be legalized as it helps patients more efficiently, protects public safety, and in some cases, is the best option for treatment. Not only is it backed up by evidence, the government is just being unreasonable about it. Instead of pretending that marijuana does not work, government officials need to wake up and realize that legalizing marijuana is the most beneficial thing to do.
