(a) the mistake made by Jack is that he has divided volume by density in order to find mass, whereas the right approach would be : Mass = Volume * Density

(b) Mass = 750 mL * 13.5 g / mL * 1 kg / 1000 g = 10.125 kg

c) The mistake jack has made is that h has used 1 mol O per 2 mol CO2 while it is actually 2 mol O per 1 mol CO2

(d) Moles of O = 454 g CO2 * 1 mol / 44 g / mol * 2 mol O / 1 mol CO2 = 20.637 mol
