The following questions can be raised to confirm whether it is a vitamin or not

  • Is it safe to take without doctor consultation?

Though it is a vitamin supplement it shouldn't harm the patient after consumption rather not beneficent

  • Where can I find the content of the product in the substance?

This gives us a clear knowledge of the substance, dietary intake of vitamins

  • Which age group people are suggested to take this?

Because people above 50 will be in need of vitamin B 12

  • Who should use this?

Older people vitamin Btw absorption will be slower,pregnant women will be in need of folic acid ,people who are not exposed to sunlight to get Vitamin D

  • How do I confirm the product is prepared in accordance with labelling

FDA gives certification for food safety and consumption.

  • Will it give energy?

It doesn't gives energy but it rejuvenates your cell from tiredness and participates in metabolism
