A small hydro scheme exists with a flow restricted head. The physical head is 25m, feeding pipe with a 20cm diameter and flow rate of 0.02m3/s with a pressure of 150kNm2. Find (i) the effective head, (ii) the power available at the turbine, and (iii) the power that is lost due to head lost due to pipes.
