• Low response in positive outcomes.

The burnout has negative impact on the patient's outcomes as due to excessive workload, nurse doesn't provide quality of care to the patients. The nurse becomes less active and hence they are unable to provide attention. This increases in the risk of medical errors.

The burnout can be reduce by decreasing the working hours of the staff members, increasing the incentives as well as providing better and safe environment.
