As the liner has to be moved at a constant velocity, it means that the liner has to be in a state of dynamic equilibrium.

By Newton's second law of motion, no acceleration means, no met force has to be applied.

Hence, the applied thrust has to be exactly equal to the resistive drag, but opposite in direction to amount the sum to zero.

Resistive force = 6.7* 105 N
