Organizational culture is where people work together and share same culture and values. The organizational culture dictates what kind pf behaviour will prevail in the organization. These cultural values have a very strong influence on the organizational behavior as well as the performance. Even though culture can not be seen its behavioral patterns are felt. The individuals tend to become aware of their organizational cultures and compare it with other cultures of other organizations. So when the culture in one organization is not upto the mark it creates resentment in the people and they don't feel motivated to achieve the organizational goals and hence the working of the organization is hampered.
