1) Physiological needs and Safety needs of Maslow's stages most accurately describes this patient.

--Physiological needs:- These are biological requirements for human survival e.g;air,foods,water,sleep and warmth .

--It deals with the maintenance of human body .

-If these needs are not satisfied the human body cannot function optimally .

-Maslow considered the physiological needs the most important needs as all the other needs become secondary until these needs are met.

- If these needs are not met then person may die or become extremely ill.

-Safety needs:-These needs are about keeping us safe from harm.

-These needs include shelther, job security, health and safe environment.

- If these needs are not met post traumatic stress may occur.

- Both these needs to be met for survival of the patient

2)Medical assistant should take following actions to assist this patient are as follows:-

--He should first all of listen his problems and help him accordingly

- He should arrange for a comfortable sitting or lying of the patient .

--He should help patient to provide water and food .

- Help him in filling medical records

- Filling out insurance forms if he is under any Mediclaim

- He should help him for all documents work for taking appointment .

-He should take him to assigned OPD to meet his doctor .

- After check up by the doctor ,he should assist him for any laboratory services prescribed by doctor or help him in purchasing medicine from pharmacy .

- Help him for hospital admission if required

- Guide him how to take medicine
