What is condensation polymerization? Please explain in depth what it is and what occurs during this reaction. Provide examples for this as well.
Note: This is for beginners chemistry
Condensation polymerization is the process of formation of polymers by condensation where two or more polymers join together losing small amount of byproducts such as water.
Condensation polymerization is a form of step growth polymerization where linear polymers are produced by sequential addition of bifunctional monomers means the monomers have two active sites or active functional groups.
Example:
Polyesters, Polyamides, etc

a)Explain why it is important that the equilibrium constant for the reaction that occurs during an acid-base titration be very large. b) Microscopic representations for four different solutions containing bases are shown below. What are the relative strengths of the bases shown in l - IV? Explain your reasoning. Note: H2O molecules are not shown for clarity.

Sketch the reaction that occurs during the initiation, propagation and termination (via disproportionation) of polyethylene as it is synthesized by bulk free radical polymerization of an ethylene monomer. Polymerization is initiated by adding benzoyl peroxide. Termination occurs by disproportionation and combination.
Please provide a detailed mechanism of initial steps of polymerization reaction between adipoyl chlorideand 1,6-hexanediamine (up to trimer formation). Please include arrows, electron flow and lone pairs.
Aldol condensation reaction requires the loss of a molecule of water and hence performing the reaction in water should disfavor this reversible dehydration from occurring. Based on your observations during the laboratory, provide a reasonable explanation as to why the condensation product is observed at all? (Note: Heat accelerates the reaction in reach equilibrium but DOES NOT directly favor the Aldol Condensation product).
