Organization in a corporation is a body of people with a same motive, purpose and intent to pursue profit making. Structure of the organization may differ from one to another, with the differences like branches, work groups and departments. Goals of the organization are to be aligned with the mission and vision of the company. Examples for an Organization are Apple, McKinsey, Microsoft etc.

Governance in a corporation is set with rules, policies especially into the protocols and control systems. Introducing Sarbanes Oxley in auditing can be used one of the example set to govern the company by a Governance. Governance is a control system over the company which makes sure the reliable measures are taken so as to save the company's reputation, integrity and ethics.
