Ans) On 3/18/12- lab test advised are CBC, BMP in 930AM also, PT/INR

On 3/19/12 test advised are U/A, C&S today 8AM

On 3/19/12 D/C (discontinue) oxycontin 9AM Vicodin 5/500 mg one p.o. q. 4-6 hours Prn pain

Omit tab oxytocin & make tab Vicodin 5/500 as 1 orally at 4-6 hours when needed.
