Answer #1

Answer: In this current day and age that we live in, HIV infection is a universally fatal diagnosis as there is still no cure for this disease as it weakens our immune system and makes our body more prone to many other diseases. It can transfer from one person to another through the body fluids of an infected person such as semen, vaginal fluids, blood, and breast milk etc.

As a community health nurse, the patient of HIV should be informed about the transmission of the diseases by the means of the contact, he/she should always take precautions regarding involving in any physical contact with other people. He cannot donate his blood and should strictly look into this matter. He should enjoy his life and should not get depressed. He should exercise regularly to reduce stress and improve the quality of life. Medication should be taken propely as not taking medications or skipping it may lower the level of immune system defenders cells and cause the level of virus in blood to go up.

The patient who are sexually active should always take precautions and try to avoid multi partners as it increases the risk of the HIV because you never know who is having HIV as its symptoms occurs at very last stage etc.
