The grave yard walking

A tract of land in which the dead are buried is called a Graveyard or cemetery. Recent studies show that going for a walk through graveyard or graveyard walking is having a set of positive effects in a person's attitude towards life and it can be motivation for good changes.It will make a person to think ' what the next generation will remember about him, 'what he did till the day and what he didn't do'.

X: - Hello, let's go for a walk in the cemetery at evening.

Y:- what..? Cemetery..? You mean a walk through graveyard.

X:- Yes . Let's go to St. Antony's church graveyard and spend the evening.

Y:- It is interesting, a unique idea.How it will help us to relax..? Its place of dead ...right..?

X:- It is not a unique idea. nowadays many people are going for a Graveyard walk to get themselves rejuvenated. I  have gone through some articles regarding graveyard walking , people's feeling after the walk. I felt it it is an interesting outing for an early morning walk or an evening walk.

Y:- What was there in the articles..?

X:- Benefits of graveyard walking such as;

* Awareness about death or mortality of human beings, helps a person to improve physical health by exercise and good dietary choices .

* Realization that death is inevitable for every one both rich and poor, educated and uneducated, officer and the layman. This realisation helps a man to rethink his values and priorities .

* Make positive changes in the attitudes and habits like helping others .

* Realization of the fact in its importance that ' we are still alive, not dead yet and we can do many things still ' will help us to wake up from our laziness and inactiveness.

Y:- Don't think twice, let's go in the evening for a Graveyard walk.
