A boat is traveling where there is a current of 0.20 m/s east. To avoid some offshore rocks, the boat must clear a buoy that is NNE (22.5) ∘ and 3.3 km away. The boat's speed through still water is 1.8 m/s . If the boat wants to pass the buoy 0.20 km on its right, at what angle relative north should the boat head?

I followed similar answers and got 19.4 degrees, but it says it's wrong.

The main idea behind this problem is that the time taken by boat to travel is same for both vertical and horizontal direction.

I think its the rounding error. You might have approximated some values in calculation which resulted in small variation of answer.
